I’m Skyler Ewing, and I handcraft the physical products in this shop. Meet the maker.
Will I receive the piece shown in the photos?
Yes. When you buy a physical product, you’ll receive the exact piece pictured in its listing.
When will my order ship?
Physical products ship within 3 business days of purchase. This is the dispatch time, not the delivery time.
Where do you ship?
Physical products ship within the USA only.
Do you accept returns?
Returns on physical products are accepted within 7 days after delivery. The customer pays return shipping costs. For help with a return, email skylersworkshop@hey.com. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Are digital plans finished wooden products?
No. Items in Digital Plans are downloadable plans, templates, or cut lists for making your own project. No physical item is shipped.
How do I receive my digital download?
Add the plan to your cart and complete checkout, including for a free plan. You’ll receive an email with a download link at the email address used for your order.
What if I can’t find my download email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still need help, email skylersworkshop@hey.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout.
